All clubs hold annual regattas. The BYC Annual used to be two-day event, now it’s a one-day handicapped race that bookends the opening or closing of July’s Sail Week. An open event that attracts more and more sailors each year, the race draws about 45 boats from all clubs in the region. A gala dinner ends off the marquee event for BYC with dancing to a live band or DJ. Racers from all clubs are welcome.
